You CAN'T find service like this anymore!
My first call to Borden's involved an ice maker issue. Simply by describing the issue, Mr. Borden advised not only that the water regulator needed to be replaced, he also let me know how simple it was to replace myself...saving me the cost of him coming out and repairing it.
My second call involved a side by side fridge that was periodically leaking water at the bottom of the freezer. I asked Mr. Borden if he made "house calls". He stated it was a clogged drain tube in the freezer and then proceeded to explain how I could repair it myself...again, AMAZING!
If anybody has any issues and/or questions about any appliance, make Borden's your first call. You will be amazed at his wealth of information regarding appliances and his eagerness to save you $$$, a quality rarely found these days.
